1. Mission
Analyze industrial customers business processes using our PLM/CAD tools such as CATIA and ENOVIA to match appropriate Dassault Systemes Industry Solution Experiences supporting them, identify and drive development plan for additional items needed to satisfy the customer needs
2. Job Description
- Work as part of a global team located in Japan, France, US and India
- Understand and document customer business scenarios and expected behaviors
- Create and document Product Enhancement Requests needed to develop a product capable to cover core customer needs
- Discuss, negotiate and plan development solutions for these enhancements with global development teams
- Verify that R&D deliverables match agreed-on customer expectations
- Negotiate with the customer to communicate new added values of DS solutions
3. Reporting line
This position reports to : ENOVIA R&D Development manager
4. Candidate Background
- Education BS degree in engineering or software development
- 3+ years of engineering / design, or software development / QE experience
- Working experience in multi-national company would be preferred
5. Competencies required
- Understanding of engineering / design processes
- Skills to identify core end user pains / issues
- Ability to well interact with customer and other team members both in Japan and overseas
- Experience with PLM tools, 3DExperience platform, CATIA V5, CATIA V6, ENOVIA DEC,VPM either DS or other vendors is a strong plus
