2. Mission
Partner with sales organizations by providing expertise, guidance and support for the framing, negotiating, and closing of non-standard, large or complex transactions including software and service.
Geographic scope: Asia Pacific, including Japan, China, Korea
3. Job Description
- Support Sales on strategic deals and help secure non-standard transactions.
- Support Sales teams in drafting and reviewing non-standard contract terms taking into account legal, finance requirements and/or specific business requests. Actively participate to contract development and negotiations.
- Cooperate with Sales teams and Legal, Finance experts/teams to get recommendations and approvals before structuring and closing deals.
- Support brands & Sales transitions through the acquisition and integration process, focusing on Business Practices and Sales negotiations.
- Ensure global risks identification, assessment and mitigation to protect the global economy of large and complex deals and to foster on sales replication.
- Document business practices and elaborate references for non-standard contracts due to clients and/or countries specifications.
- Support evolution of back office processes in light of nonstandard requests.
- Be the sales trusted advisor regarding business models, licensing terms, processes and best practices.

This position reports to: Director, Pricing & Negotiation ASIA
5. Candidate Background
- Education: Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum 4 to 5 years working experience
- Background in customer facing functions, business administration and contract experiences is essential
- Software or IT industry experience preferable
- Experiences with multi-national, complex and cross functional environment preferable
6. Competencies Preferred
- Effective communication and negotiation skill is mandatory
- Business fluent level of English skill and good level of Japanese skill are required (both oral and written), an additional Asian language or French is preferred but not required
- Strong ability to learn and work under pressure
- Strong Ability to work in a cross functional environment
- Marked decisiveness
